I am am an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the creative industries. CEO and Founder of visual artists representation for photographers, filmmakers, stylists, hair & makeup & full service SHOTVIEW, operating worldwide. Educator, mentor, coach, collector and mom of two fabulous children.

 

A little bit more about me.

After eight years of living, studying and learning in Europe, working in the Photography, internet and media industry, I transformed my dream into reality by founding my own agency back in 2002. Since day one SHOTVIEW was breathing diversity, not only due to my personal background of growing up in Lima and studying in Salzburg, NY, Milan, Berlin—but embracing worlds and values that could not be more different empowered me to become an entrepreneur. My overall goal was to create a language that connects everyone, no matter where they come from, through art and imagery so to speak, to harness diversity as an asset and see it as a gift that keeps on giving.
Supporting artists or entrepreneur has always been a top priority to me. Working with artists, I am in many aspects the problem solver and connector, motivating every single day our artists while also understanding our clients in the same time, building a strong bridge between these two worlds helped me discover that coaching and consultancy was one of the most powerful aspects in my profession and daily life.
In my individual coaching, I focus on the empowerment of any individual working in the creative industries, but also in other industries, who want to build their carrier, entrepreneurship, and in particular female leadership. I love coaching the career of creative talents and helping them make a living doing what they love most; I lead teams, develop strategies and ideas.
